The Knot Event at the Aquarium of the Pacific

I took a few shots while testing my new camera at The Knot Party at the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach on Wednesday. Great event. The hosts Shannon Ratcliffe and Monique Matlock of The Knot did their best to make us feel welcome and comfortable. A lot of vendors contributed, to mention a few: High Society Event Planning, Savor catering, Jacks and Bellas Floral, Frosted Cupcakery, Fleur Creations. The crème of the local Wedding Industry attended: Tiffany Hudson of the Westin South Coast Plaza, Marcy Hail of Wyndham, Jessica Tjan of Tustin Ranch Golf, Kendra Duerst Photographer, Eric Rathgeber The Dee Jay and the inevitable Brent Edwards of OC Bride. We just returned from our honeymoon a couple of days ago and were thrilled with how all of the pictures turned out! You were able to capture such wonderful moments Also, we absolutely loved how you compiled a lot of the wedding day highlights in the beautiful slide show. Andrea and Rahasson at Pacific Hills

Rahasson and Andrea met at the University of California at Santa Barbara while in the same anatomy lab class.   They were talking  in class one day and Rahasson said he had to go home to cook dinner. Andrea asked him, “Oh, what did you make me?” jokingly but he actually invited her to dinner. After eight years of dating Rahasson proposed to Andrea during a romantic weekend getaway at the Hyatt Newport Beach.

Beautiful Wedding at the Rancho Capistrano in San Juan Capistrano. Gini of Gini Garner Events made it run so smoothly and the floral arrangements by Designs by Tricia was stunning.
